As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Real Estate Recruiter to support our efforts in attracting top talent and contributing to building a high-performing team across all areas of our business.

Reports To: CEO

What You’ll Do:

1. Develop & Execute Recruitment Strategy: Assist in creating and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our expanding business.
2. Build Our Team: Help identify and recruit high-performing professionals for roles in real estate sales, operations, and support functions, ensuring we build a sustainable and effective team.
3. Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all candidates.
4. Promote Employer Branding: Contribute to promoting our brand as an employer of choice in the Dubai real estate industry.
5. Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with the company’s growth strategy and culture.
6. Support Scalable Recruitment Systems: Help build scalable recruitment systems and processes as the company continues to grow.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Recruitment Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in the real estate or a related industry.
2. Growth Mindset: Passionate about supporting the growth of a small business through effective recruitment and team building.
3. Self-Starter & Problem-Solver: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking initiative to drive results.
4. Relationship Builder: Skilled at building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and positive hiring process.
5. Results-Oriented: Ability to prioritize recruitment needs, manage multiple roles, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
6. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools to find and track candidates.
7. Fluent in English: Proficiency in Arabic is a plus, but not required.
