Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
2. Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute construction tasks.
3. Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
4. Managing and monitoring the use of materials and equipment to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
5. Scheduling and coordinating the delivery of materials, equipment, and manpower to meet project deadlines.
6. Providing on-site guidance and direction to construction workers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
7. Conducting regular inspections of construction sites to identify and address any issues or deficiencies.
8. Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design and construction-related challenges.
9. Maintaining accurate records of construction activities, including progress reports, daily logs, and safety documentation.
10. Ensuring a safe and clean work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience in supervising Civil Finishing and interior fit-out works for residential and commercial sites.
2. Should be able to read and understand the Architecture and Structural drawing to execute the work at site.
3. Should have knowledge in Civil structure works (Excavation to Concreting).
4. Should have knowledge in finishes work (Block work, Plastering, waterproofing, painting, tiling, marble, Screed work, Aluminium works, Door and Window fixing).
5. Should have knowledge in Architectural, Interior furnish and joinery works.
6. Basic knowledge of MEP Site coordination.
7. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams at the same time and will be responsible for all running sites.
8. Should have to maintain good quality of work and Site safety.
