Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of safety training, inspections, and compliance audits.
Stay updated on local and international safety regulations, ensuring the organization remains compliant and well-informed.
Lead emergency response drills and maintain preparedness plans to ensure swift action in the event of an incident.
Carry out inspections of vehicles, moving equipment, and roadside work safety arrangements to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Identify the gaps in the safety of vehicles, moving equipment, and roadside work safety arrangements.
Adhere to and maintain strict compliance with OSHAD & EAD and corporate/office policies and procedures, established health and safety protocols, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Prepare work plan for vehicle inspections and HSE training for every month and submit to HSE Manager for approval.
Maintain a record of all inspections and HSE trainings to ensure inspections and training are done periodically in accordance with the approved work plan.
Conduct assessments and provide support for driving safety activities for company drivers.
Monitor incident trends and perform root cause investigations.
Develop and deliver presentations regarding road safety performance.
Report unsafe findings to the respective Project Manager and HSE Manager for necessary action.
Follow up on the reports submitted to ensure corrective actions are taken and safety issues closed.
Implement and enforce road safety standards.
Monitor drivers’ behavior on the road and from traffic fine and accident reports.
Conduct random checks for drivers’ licenses, PPE, and safety gear (tools and safety kit).
Survey roadside works for any hazards and follow up on corrective actions.
Communicate fluently in English and Arabic.
Investigate motor vehicle crashes and follow up on recommendations with action parties.

Certificate in occupational health and safety (NEBOSH/ADOSH or OSHAD)
