Facility Supervisor

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's facilities. This includes managing maintenance and repair activities, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Facility Supervisor will also develop and implement strategies to improve facility efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate facility maintenance activities, including repairs, upgrades, and renovations.
2. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
3. Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
4. Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for facility-related projects.
5. Monitor and analyze facility operations to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
6. Manage the budget for facility maintenance and capital improvement projects.
7. Train and supervise facility staff, ensuring high-quality work and employee safety.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance and repairs.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective facility management.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facility management.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a supervisory role.
3. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
