Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Analyst with a focus on ERP, AI, RPA, Automation, Data, Analytics, Dashboards, Finance, HR, Projects Accounting, Business Intelligence, and Dynamics ERP. This role is critical for analyzing, designing, and implementing digital solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across various business functions.

Business Analysis & System Design

1. Analyze Business Requirements: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ERP and other digital solutions.
2. AI, RPA, and Automation Implementation: Work with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize AI, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and other automation solutions.
3. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence improvements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

1. Support for Finance, HR, and Project Accounting Teams: Provide digital tools and solutions to support finance, HR, and project accounting teams.

Documentation & Process Management

1. System and Process Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Additional Qualifications

1. Any finance or accountancy training would be beneficial.
2. Relevant certifications in ERP, AI, RPA, or business intelligence preferred.

Technical Skills

1. Python, ETLs, Model Development, ML/AI, AWS, Google or Azure AI platforms.
2. Strong exposure and application of various AI methods and solutions.
3. RPA tools, Automation such as Nintex, AA, Power Automate (PA preferred).
4. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
5. Efficient Project and Task Management skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

IT Skills

1. Knowledge of AI, RPA, and automation technologies.
2. Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Data analytics and business intelligence platforms.
4. Experience in digital analyst or in Microsoft Dynamics (or other) ERP is preferred.
5. Experience with Project Management or Collaboration tools like Microsoft Projects, Monday, Asana or ClickUp.

Other Aspects:

1. 5 years or more experience in a similar role, in an IT Department, IT Company or Management Consulting.
2. Experience in the Property Development sector is beneficial or IT Companies.
3. Driving License and own car is preferred.
4. Excellent English is mandatory.
5. Ability to communicate in languages of offshore teams in India and Egypt is beneficial but not mandatory.
