12+ years of experience in a similar role in requirement gathering/scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HCM solutions in the following modules: Core HCM, Self Service, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Helpdesk, Payroll.
Worked as an HCM Solution Architect and delivered multiple projects.
Completed at least two 4-phase full project life cycles (initiation, planning, implementation, and closure) with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules.
Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Products in the capacity of Solution Architect.
Well-versed with Oracle HCM modules specifically on Core HCM, Self Service, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Helpdesk, Payroll.
Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
Strong understanding of how Information Technology can drive business.
At least a degree in Engineering from a recognized University/College.
Responsible for managing vendors and consultants’ relationships to ensure that Project Implementation/Rollout delivery is as per timeline.
Providing expert solutions for the modules in implementation scope.
Project Management includes conducting Steerco, Weekly Meetings, and other ad-hoc meetings.
Leading the implementation team in the project that includes Requirements Gathering, Analysis, System Design, Configuration, User Acceptance Testing, and Go-live.
Identify functionality gaps in the product from a business process perspective to drive efficiency and initiate projects to build a solution.
Facilitate end-user training, testing, troubleshooting, and provide POST GO LIVE Support & Structure.
Assist HCM team users in mapping and streamlining business practices to implement the module.
Facilitate Reports and Dashboard specification development and deployment.
Work closely with HR Business Partners to drive adoption and user satisfaction in using Oracle Fusion HCM.
Technically capable to validate the Design and Configuration.
Import/Load and validate Master and Transactional Data.
Desired Candidate Profile
12+ years of experience in a similar role in requirement gathering/scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HR Applications, with 8+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Completed at least two 4-phase full project life cycles (initiation, planning, implementation, and hypercare) with extensive experience in HCM modules.
Good understanding of the Oracle ERP systems.
Experience in Project Management.
Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
Strong understanding of how Information Technology can drive business.
At least a degree in Engineering from a recognized University/College.
Excellent communication skills (written and presentation) in English.
Emotionally intelligent individual with the ability to listen, empathize, and understand the impact of nonverbal communication. Engaging individual able to facilitate and present to large groups of stakeholders, including C-Suite level.
