Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Russian-speaking Sales Advisor/Assistant with a passion for luxury and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with high-end luxury products and a strong ability to engage with VIP clientele. This role requires excellent sales skills, deep product knowledge, and a refined approach to customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized sales consultations to high-net-worth clients, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored recommendations and after-sales support.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of luxury products, their craftsmanship, and exclusivity.
• Assist customers in selecting premium items, handling inquiries, and processing transactions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining the brand's image and values.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in luxury retail sales or working with high-end products.
• Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer expectations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Well-presented with a professional and polished demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-profile retail environment.
