Our client is a leading 4-star hotel in Dubai looking for an experienced F&B Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.
Guest Experience: Ensure a superior dining experience by maintaining high levels of service, cleanliness, and product quality.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve departmental goals.
Budget & Financial Performance: Manage budgets, forecast revenues, and control costs. Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and reduce operational expenses.
Customer Feedback: Address guest complaints and ensure prompt and professional resolution of any service issues.
Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients and services are sourced efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B sector, preferably in a 3-4 star hotel
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of managing budgets, improving profitability, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
Knowledge of food and beverage trends, inventory management, and cost-control techniques
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Tagalog or Russian languages is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in F&B management software and Microsoft Office Suite
