Key Responsibilities:
Handling Incoming Leads:
Efficiently process inquiries and manage all interactions using CRM tools.
Perform regular follow-ups to ensure over 90% occupancy of company apartments.
Client Experience Management:
Provide consultations on property features, available services, and additional amenities.
Maintain high service standards to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Closing Deals and Negotiations:
Negotiate rental terms and finalize agreements.
Develop competitive and attractive offers based on seasonal trends and demand.
Managing Repeat Bookings:
Build and nurture relationships with clients and corporate partners to drive repeat bookings.
Market Activity Monitoring:
Analyze market trends, track seasonal shifts, and study competitive offers.
Adjust pricing and sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and housekeeping teams to ensure timely and high-quality services.
