Operations Manager

A leading CFD Forex Brokerage is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee trading operations, risk management, compliance, and back-office activities.

This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution, regulatory adherence, and operational efficiency.

If you have a strong background in forex brokerage operations, liquidity management, and trading platforms, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

1. Trading Operations & Risk Management – Oversee daily trading operations, manage liquidity providers, and ensure effective risk controls.
2. Regulatory Compliance – Ensure full adherence to DFSA, FSRA, and other financial regulations.
3. Back-Office Management – Supervise settlements, reporting, and client fund security.
4. Operational Efficiency – Optimize workflows and drive AI-driven automation & technological enhancements.
5. Team Leadership – Lead cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of experience in forex brokerage operations.
2. Strong knowledge of trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader, etc.).
3. Expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and liquidity operations.
4. Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
