Logistics Supervisor - Q-Express Documents Transport - G25

To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Supervisor to drive both innovation and execution in our busy Transportation network.

Your responsibilities:

1. Support the overall daily management of operational duties, deputizing for the Operations Manager as required.
2. Prioritize and continually improve safety at the delivery station.
3. Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates to ensure that every shipment meets and exceeds operational KPIs.
4. Monitor coordinator and associate performance, coaching them when necessary.
5. Partner with supporting departments to improve logistics processes and operations.
6. Communicate with delivery service providers to set expectations and enhance quality in deliverables.
7. Interview candidates for associate roles.
8. Brief and monitor the workload of all drivers and associates, ensuring all administrative tasks are accurately completed.
9. Measure and monitor overall workflows and daily metrics to assist the Operations Manager with tracking, trending, and reporting on site performance.
10. Help with training and mentoring new Associates, providing them with the knowledge needed to successfully carry out their tasks.
11. Follow up on and resolve any process-related issues as required.
12. Engage in physical activities, including pushing carts with up to 100 pounds and lifting packages weighing up to 15 kg.
13. Be flexible to work in different shifts and perform overtime when needed.
14. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure sufficient resourcing for the function, including training needs, absence management, and performance management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in logistics.
• Experience with planning performance metrics and process improvement.
