As an Assistant Manager, Marketing, the successful candidate will be working with the Manager of Social Media on developing the Atlantis Dubai destination social media business. This includes:
Developing strategy and engagement plans.
Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including Heads of Department across operations, PR, and marketing.
Creating content and managing Atlantis Dubai’s social accounts across multiple channels.
The role requires a sound and thorough technical and creative knowledge of all social media platforms with a day-to-day focus on:
Managing Atlantis Dubai social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Supporting all social media platforms, including the development, maintenance, and circulation of the social media editorial calendars.
Additionally, the candidate will:
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Manage, generate, edit, publish, and share content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to participate.
Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
