UX UI Designer

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for digital products. They will conduct user research, define user personas, and design wireframes and prototypes. The UI/UX Designer will also collaborate with developers to implement and test designs for optimal user experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
3. Design aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
4. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
5. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experiences.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
7. Advocate for the user by considering user feedback and incorporating it into design decisions.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent.
2. Proficient in design software such as Adobe XD or Sketch.
3. Knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
