Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and present a menu of juices, mocktails, and infused teas that enhances the restaurant’s culinary experience.
- Prepare beverages quickly and accurately.
- Oversee beverage supplies, including inventory management, ordering, and stock maintenance.
- Ensure all preparation areas and equipment are clean, sanitized, and in line with health and safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Preferred nationality: Philippine
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista or hostess in a café, restaurant, or similar environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to welcome and engage with guests.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident demeanour to create a positive first impression.
- Proficient in preparing espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, cold brews, and other specialty beverages.
- Skilled in operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Latte art proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with customers, recommend beverages and handle complaints professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Barista training or certification is an advantage.
