Boopin is currently looking for an HR Specialist to join our Dubai Office. Responsible for developing and executing regional college recruiting initiatives, including sourcing applicants,

training and coaching candidates, and providing candidates to operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring a positive and professional work environment.
  • Performance Management: Help implement performance evaluation systems and support managers and employees in setting goals and conducting reviews.
  • HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies, updating company handbooks and guidelines as needed.
  • Training & Development: Organize training programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and retention.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Work closely with the finance team to process payroll, manage leave policies, and oversee employee benefits.
  • HR Data & Reporting: Maintain HR records, prepare reports on HR metrics, and analyze workforce trends to support decision-making.
  • Employee Engagement & Well-being: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and workplace satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the digital media or marketing industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in HR software.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
