Business Development Manager – SAP ERP Solution

Job Responsibilities

1. Identify potential customers for SAP S/4 HANA ERP solution, generate leads and develop business & new client base through effective sales strategies.
2. Initiate meetings with prospects for opportunities.
3. Lead & Opportunity management.
4. Product presentation and demo in coordination with the pre-sales team.
5. Build and develop strong relationships with key decision makers of prospective clients.
6. Ensure sales targets are achieved. Monitor competition and market position and evaluate customer needs.
7. Prepare presentations, proposals, financial projections, and competitive analysis for the business.
8. Develop sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across the assigned territory.
9. Actively pursue growth opportunities by securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
10. Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
11. Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
12. Ensure accurate compilation and reporting of operational and financial information about the customers.
13. Keep management informed of the status by submitting sales activity, pipeline projects, and results reports periodically.
14. Deliver agreed revenue & sales targets and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
15. Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and bills, closely working with the Finance Team.
16. Prepare sales plans and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience selling ERP Applications.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in S/4 HANA ERP sales.
3. Experience selling to CXO level.
4. Proven track record of monthly and annual target achievement.
5. Knowledge and experience about the GCC market.
