• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards while coordinating multiple trades.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
• Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and update project stakeholders on milestones, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure all team members are trained on safety protocols and best practices, fostering a culture of safety on site.
• Develop and enforce site-specific work plans that align with project goals, including schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and availability for ongoing work.
• Lead pre-construction meetings with subcontractors, addressing expectations, timelines, and potential risks upfront.
