Marketing & Brand Coordinator
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Schedule social media posts, respond to comments and direct messages, and engage with the audience.
- E-Commerce & Digital Operations:
- Upload and manage new products, images, and descriptions on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure product listings are up to date and optimized for a seamless shopping experience.
- Brand & Product Development:
- Support the Brand Director in coordinating vendors, suppliers, and designers for new projects.
- Assist in managing shipments and product packaging logistics.
- Work with designers to ensure artwork and branding materials align with brand guidelines.
- Provide basic creative input and utilize Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools) for minor design adjustments.
- Visual Merchandising & Store Coordination:
- Assist in implementing visual merchandising strategies for new store openings.
- Ensure in-store displays align with brand aesthetics and marketing campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or brand coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
- Some knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- A creative mindset with an interest in branding and design.
