IGCSE PHYSICS TEACHER

Teaching and Instruction:

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective physics lessons in accordance with the IGCSE curriculum.
2. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
4. Assess and evaluate students’ progress regularly through assignments, tests, and examinations.

Curriculum Development:

1. Contribute to the development and revision of the physics curriculum to ensure it meets the standards and requirements of the IGCSE framework.
2. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience.
3. Collaborate with colleagues in the Science Department to integrate interdisciplinary approaches and projects.

Student Support and Development:

1. Provide individual support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
2. Identify and address the learning needs of students, offering extra help and enrichment as needed.
3. Prepare students for the IGCSE physics examinations, including organizing revision sessions and mock exams.

Classroom Management:

1. Establish and maintain a disciplined and productive classroom environment.
2. Enforce school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
3. Manage classroom resources and equipment effectively.

Professional Development:
