Legal Manager

Job Description: We seek a qualified Legal Manager to handle all legal aspects of our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of real estate law, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle complex legal matters related to property transactions, compliance, and disputes. Knowledge of the ability to create and comprehend MOUs, agreements, and associated contracts, as well as knowledge of the licensing structure of the company and other relevant legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all real estate transactions comply with UAE laws and regulations.
2. Coordinate with different government departments (RERA, Dubai courts, Land Department, Economic department, etc.).
3. Work professionally, meet deadlines, and maintain transparency in communication.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to property sales, leases, and development.
5. Manage and resolve property disputes, including boundary issues, landlord‐tenant disagreements, and construction defects.
6. Provide legal advice on property acquisition, development, and management.
7. Advise on risk management strategies and legal implications of business decisions.
8. Oversee real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring all legal aspects are covered.
9. Develop and implement policies and procedures for real estate operations.
10. Stay updated with changes in UAE real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Master's Degree in law.
2. Language required: Arabic & English (written and speaking skills are necessary).
3. Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in real estate law, with at least 10 years of experience in the UAE.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
5. Detail‐oriented with excellent analytical abilities.
6. Proficiency in legal research and use of legal software.
7. Experience in both residential and commercial real estate is a plus.
