Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsible for overseeing all activities within a team, training team members, setting strategy, and monitoring progress towards goals. Should have strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and delegation skills. Ensure that support for VTS software and associated hardware is delivered as per SLAs.
