Guest Relations Manager

• Apply new techniques to improve quality and production.
• Conduct rejection analysis and implement process improvements to control and reduce rejections.
• Inspect materials and quality output; manage manpower and provide training.
• Maintain production and maintenance records; apply 5S, KAIZEN, and POKA YOKE techniques.
• Implement techniques for quality, production, and workplace improvements.
• Oversee production planning and process control.
• Maintain records of all materials; possess knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Understand ERP and SAP systems, including reservations, work orders, stock transfers, purchase orders, and goods movements.
• Knowledge of receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
• Monitor daily stock levels for improved processing.
• Create purchase orders (PO) in SAP.
• Summarize approved bills and forward them to the finance department after approval.
• Maintain the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) register in ERP and SAP.
• Supervise store activities, including material handling, unloading from suppliers, and issuing materials to the production floor.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills:

Candidates must hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in purchase procurement.
