Establishing the schedule for the specific scope, planning the resources, especially manpower, supervision, and equipment required.
Coordinating with Project Head to ensure timely mobilization of the resources.
Establishing work methods, preparing documentation required to be approved before the start of work.
Establishing site facilities, ensuring all HSE and Quality requirements of the Contract have been met and starting work.
Coordinating with Client on the availability of Project Material and schedule of delivery.
Ensuring all tools, tackles, consumables, and work access are available to start work.
Ensuring Team members meet job requirements, and front-line supervision are updated regularly on job scope, target schedules, QC, and HSE requirements.
