VFX Producer

T-VFX is excited to launch a brand new branch in Abu Dhabi, bringing world-class visual effects services to the Middle East. We specialize in high-quality VFX for film, television, commercials, and digital media, and are seeking a talented VFX Producer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and drive our regional presence, engage with key industry players, and build our client base.

Position Overview:

The VFX Producer will play a critical role in managing the daily operations of our Abu Dhabi branch, leading project execution, and expanding business opportunities. We’re looking for a well-connected individual in the VFX and media industry who has a track record in client relationship management, business development, and project delivery. This position is ideal for a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for VFX.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Oversee VFX projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
2. Client Acquisition: Leverage industry connections to attract and secure new clients and business opportunities in the Middle East.
3. Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent communication, managing expectations, and fostering long-term relationships.
4. Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand T-VFX’s presence and portfolio in the region.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our VFX artists, coordinators, and the broader T-VFX team to ensure seamless project execution.
6. Budget & Resource Management: Develop project budgets, track expenses, and allocate resources effectively.
7. Industry Engagement: Represent T-VFX at industry events, festivals, and conferences to grow our network and establish a strong regional presence.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5+ years as a VFX Producer or similar role, with a proven track record in managing VFX projects in film, TV, or digital media.
2. Industry Knowledge: Strong connections in the VFX, media, and entertainment industries in the Middle East, especially in Saudi Arabia, UAE & Egypt.
3. Business Development Skills: Ability to attract new clients, secure projects, and build strategic partnerships.
4. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
5. Organizational Skills: Strong project management abilities, including budget management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
6. Passion for VFX: In-depth understanding of the VFX pipeline, workflows, and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in establishing new branches or studios is a plus.
2. Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
3. Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi media, tax incentive and production landscape.
