Our client is a prestigious global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, with an outstanding track record in private equity transactions globally. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join their growing and highly successful team. The role will focus on direct private equity investments across a wide range of sectors.

What the job involves

1. Proactively source and evaluate investment opportunities globally across a broad range of sectors such as consumer, technology, healthcare, energy and real assets.
2. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking.
3. Prepare investment memos, presentations, and financial models for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Provide regular updates to senior management on investment pipeline, portfolio performance, and market outlook.
5. Work alongside other top-tier asset managers/private equity funds on co-investment opportunities.

Who we are looking for

1. Experience from a top-tier investment bank in M&A (sector agnostic) or private equity fund.
2. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to present and communicate effectively.
3. You will have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a top university.
4. The ability to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi.
