Graduate / MBA / Engineer

Min 2-4 yrs experience in procurement & Supply chain.

High level customer service approach skills.

Must possess excellent communication skills.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring that inventory records, shipments, and procurement documents are accurate to avoid mistakes and inefficiencies.
• Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple supply chain activities at once without sacrificing quality or deadlines.

• Cost Management: Analyzing costs and working to reduce them while maintaining efficiency. This may involve negotiating better terms with suppliers, optimizing routes for transportation, or improving warehouse processes.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring that they meet performance standards, and resolving issues related to quality or delivery delays.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks in the supply chain (such as disruptions, delays, or shortages) and creating contingency plans to mitigate those risks.
