Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dermatologist Specialist to join a leading healthcare facility in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have indepth expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology with a strong ability to diagnose, treat, and perform advanced procedures for a variety of dermatological conditions. This role provides the opportunity to deliver exceptional care, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Assessment: Diagnose and manage a wide range of skin disorders including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, and other dermatological conditions.
2. Procedures: Perform dermatological procedures such as mole removal, biopsies, laser treatments, cryotherapy, and other minor surgeries.
3. Patient Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with patients, explaining diagnoses, discussing treatment options, and developing personalized care plans.
4. Cosmetic Dermatology: Provide cosmetic dermatology services including Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other skin rejuvenation procedures.
5. Preventative Care: Advise patients on effective skincare routines, sun protection strategies, and lifestyle modifications to improve and maintain skin health.
6. Patient Education: Educate patients on the prevention, management, and treatment of various skin conditions while offering advice on overall skin care and wellbeing.
7. Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records in line with medical regulations, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with other medical specialists to provide comprehensive patient care, facilitating referrals when necessary.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent): Must be recognized by the UAE Health Authority (HAAD/DHA/MOH).
2. Specialization in Dermatology: Board certification or an equivalent qualification in Dermatology.
3. Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of postgraduate experience in dermatology with proficiency in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.
4. Licensing: A valid and active UAE medical license (HAAD/DHA/MOH) or eligibility to obtain one.
5. Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
6. Patient-Centered Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and provide compassionate, personalized care to patients.
7. Attention to Detail: Excellent diagnostic and procedural skills with a keen attention to detail.
8. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, promoting communication and collaborative patient care.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in UAE Healthcare System: Previous experience in the UAE healthcare sector is highly preferred.
2. Cosmetic Dermatology Expertise: Expertise in cosmetic dermatology treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and laser therapies is an advantage.
3. Additional Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Benefits:

1. Salary: AED 25000 to AED 35000 per month
