Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fulfill procurement requests and procedures in compliance with standards, material requirements, and procurement guidelines; additionally, ensure that the purchase order is prepared in accordance with inventory check, historical data, and submitted supplier quotes.
2. Organize tracking, registration, reports, filing systems, and inquiries pertaining to procurement in order to fulfill orders.
3. Monitor and analyze supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
4. Agree on terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers.
5. Track precise project spending by collaborating with the internal team, finance, and project team.
6. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new suppliers and cost savings opportunities.
7. Provide administrative support and coordination duties.

Required Qualifications:

1. Graduation in commerce or above.
2. 5+ years of experience in procurement.
3. Any procurement-related certification from a globally recognized institute will be an add-on.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, or any other ERP platform.
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or any other ERP platform.
2. Proficiency in English, Hindi, or Arabic.
3. Knowledge of various IT products, ELV, MEP, Civil related products and services, and knowledge of Procurement Laws and Regulations.
4. Familiarity with specific regulatory standards or frameworks, if applicable.
