Job description
Responsibilities:
- Proactively find opportunities for business growth by securing the development of the existing portfolio while simultaneously acquiring new accounts.
- Entertain and conduct hotel inspections with partners.
- Engage in weekly sales activities to secure continuous business growth (Sales Calls, Site Inspections, Entertainment, Sales Blitz).
- Assist in conducting extensive competitor research and maintain excellent product knowledge of the hotel.
- Understand the DMC/Tour Operators needs to build “win-win strategic partnerships.”
- Liaise and work closely with related operation departments to ensure guest expectations are met.
- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
- Assist the team with any support they require.
- Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Ensure updated awareness of hotel product knowledge, current promotions, and policy changes through appropriate internal communication.

- Past experience in proactive sales.

- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
- Driving license is preferred.
