Procurement Engineer

Qualification

Must have UAE experience and updated knowledge in construction market
Degree in Engineering
Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and practices
Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in ERP and Microsoft Office
Ability to work under minimal supervision and as part of a team

Job Description

• Organizing and executing procurement activities for materials, services, and contracts to provide effective and efficient services to meet the needs of the company and construction projects.
• Create RFQ for materials and services for projects and departments.
• Float RFQ and RFP to bidders, follow up, and obtain open and sealed bids.
• Techno-commercial evaluation and preparation of comparative statements.
• Devise, implement, and oversee procurement strategies to meet cost savings targets.
• Follow-up on material delivery and document requirements.
• Adhere to client standards and procedures for inspection and delivery requirements.
• Vendor evaluation and registration.

Salary

Starting 2,500 AED - 5,000 AED per month

Education

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience

Procurement: 1-2 years (Required)

License/Certification

Driver's License (upon availability)
