We are currently looking for a Data Governance Specialist to work with the DG Lead to define the road-map within a financial services client in Dubai.

Experience needed across as many areas; privacy, security, governance, data analytics, business intelligence, delivery governance and change & transformation.

You must be comfortable working with different business stakeholders and have previously put in place frameworks and practices.

The role:

1. Build a strong road-map for data governance
2. Manage this road-map across the whole business
3. Oversee data governance initiatives
4. Own, develop and implement data governance initiatives
5. Monitor effective compliance and risk management

Experience needed:

1. Extensive banking knowledge
2. Proven data governance implementation skills
3. Data management
4. Capability to influence senior leadership to practice data governance tools
