Senior Manager of Asset Health Management
Responsibilities:
- A pipeline of opportunities that is tracked, measured, and progress recorded.
- Sales achieved in partnership with broader business of $4M pa.
- Development of sales collateral based upon successful engagements.

Minimum Requirements:
- Engineering degree; advanced degree and MBA is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 10+ years of highly relevant experience in the energy and materials sectors, preferably including 3+ years in a leadership role within the business.
- Previous consulting experience is advantageous.
- Deep expertise in the industries as well as solid functional knowledge including but not limited to digital transformation, strategy, business development, energy, supply chain, project management, marketing, and sales.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities collaboratively with the G&D function that are considered transformative or multi-disciplinary projects, that involve two or more Wood service lines.

- Lead a client project team of 5-8 business, digital and deep domain experts focusing on rapid and sustained value delivery in maintenance, production, reliability, inventory/spares, and emissions.

- Work closely with others but also autonomously with little direction.
- Ensure successful client projects and team performance through superior analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Lead the day-to-day execution of a client project while guiding and developing individual team members.
- Work directly with clients, taking ownership of the overall project and its end products.
- Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
- Client project work typically includes gathering and analysing information, formulating, and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations for presentation to client management.
- Implement those recommendations with client team members.
- Final deliverables and artefacts gravitate towards providing software solutions including artificial intelligence and physics models that continuously look to add value through operations.
