Accommodation and Transport Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all aspects of accommodation and transportation arrangements for employees and guests.

Maintain accurate records of accommodation and transportation expenses and reconcile invoices.

Provide guidance and support to employees regarding accommodation and transportation policies and procedures.

Manage the company's staff housing.

Oversee the transportation department and the company's fleet, including drivers' movement, vehicle maintenance, and Mulkiya registration and renewal.
