Job description

Oversee and manage all petroleum inspection operations, ensuring compliance with IFIA standards and industry regulations.
Conduct thorough inspections of petroleum products and facilities, documenting findings with precision to maintain transparency.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, providing expert advice on inspection processes and results.
Utilize advanced inspection technologies and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of inspections.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, articulating inspection results and recommendations clearly.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies to ensure the highest standards of inspection practices.
Develop and implement training programs for new inspectors to ensure they are well-versed in IFIA protocols and safety measures.
Manage scheduling and resource allocation for inspections to optimize operational efficiency and meet client deadlines.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong relationships.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in technical knowledge.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in petroleum inspection or quality control, showcasing a strong industry background.
IFIA certification or equivalent accreditation to demonstrate expertise in inspection standards and practices.
Proficient in English with additional language skills preferred to facilitate communication in diverse environments.
Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team toward common goals.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
