Job description
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the E-commerce Fashion industries.
  • Manage the allocated accounts throughout the tenure of the relationship and promote the partnership between key customers and DSV.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients within these industries and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products or services to clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue strategies to expand the company's footprint in the E-commerce Fashion sectors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including sales forecasts, revenue projections, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account strategies, including pricing, product development, and marketing initiatives.
  • Perform any other related duties/projects assigned by the Manager from time to time to meet business exigencies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Characteristics:

Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

Work Experience: 5-8 years of experience in key account management within the E-commerce Fashion industries.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.

  • Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
