Civil Site Engineer (STEEL & CONCRETE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST)

Civil Engineer / Steel & Concrete Experience is a MUST

• Execution of works in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
• Assists the Project managers and construction managers in executing all project requirements according to company standards, ensuring that quality and HSE policies are strictly adhered to.
• Leading, directing and monitoring the performance of all site Foremen and support staff in the team.
• Ensuring that the work is as per relevant approved procedures.
• Responsible for carrying out the works at site in compliance with safety norms, QC procedures, client and project Project Management instructions, and DM-approved drawings.
• Prepare and check Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
• Prepare formwork scheme and execute the works as per that.
• Calculate quantities of work, including subcontractor works.
• Read technical drawings and specifications.
• Supervise all on-site construction, including subcontractors, resolve day-to-day problems on the job site and inspect all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Responding with appropriate and necessary levels of construction supervision to provide quality assurance in accordance with contract documents.
• Carry-out inspection of day-to-day activities and reporting to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Concrete & Steel Experience is a must.
• 3 to 5 Years of working experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• High-rise buildings experience.
