Requirements

1. Proven 3 years experience as a Camp Boss.
2. Strong leadership and management skills.
3. Excellent knowledge of camp operations, including accommodation, catering, and maintenance best practices.
4. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards relevant to camp facilities.
5. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities and priorities effectively.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with camp residents, staff, and external vendors.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise in the camp environment.
