Construction Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
3. Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
4. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
5. Procure and manage materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidates with extensive fitout experience, and candidates with F&B and villa experience would be a plus.
2. PM for at least 3 years in UAE with a contractor (not consultant or designer).
