Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and effective technical support to Arabic-speaking customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues in the system for future reference and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt follow-up.
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls while maintaining a professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues, particularly in IT or telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software to track customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries.
