Job description
Responsibilities:
Provide clear and effective technical support to Arabic-speaking customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
Document customer interactions and technical issues in the system for future reference and quality assurance.
Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt follow-up.
Manage high-volume inbound calls while maintaining a professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Proven experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues, particularly in IT or telecommunications.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software to track customer interactions and resolutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries.
