Job Responsibilities:

1. Providing tutoring services in a variety of subjects including math, science, history, and English language.
2. Preparing lesson plans and materials in advance to ensure that classes are engaging for students.
3. Assessing student performance and providing feedback on areas of improvement.
4. Developing individualized learning plans for students to ensure they reach their academic goals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
2. Experience as a tutor or teacher is highly desirable.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work with diverse populations of students from different backgrounds.
