Support the Head of Pricing & Value Proposition in maximizing product/portfolio profitability by developing pricing models and value propositions across all Retail products and client segments (Elite Islamic and Mass).
Core Responsibilities
Alongside the analytics team, co-lead the creation of a Client Lifetime Value (CLTV) model to establish a framework that will steer Pricing and Value Propositions for CBG.
Upgrade pricing matrices and drive sophisticated pricing methodologies/models using advanced concepts (e.g. behavioral pricing) to optimize profitability.
Drive cross-sell and deep-sell making use of concepts like bundling to increase revenue.
Enable implementation of attractive value propositions based on client profiles/segments to increase engagement.
Alongside the marketing team, enable implementation of product campaigns.
Support frontline staff training and awareness of value propositions; directly engage with sales teams to gather hands-on customer insight, sales team feedback, and asks/recommendations.
Facilitate regular leads assignment and monitoring.
Drive customer value; directly engage with internal and external stakeholders to support onboarding and customer engagement solutions acquisition journeys, mobile and internet bank services, loyalty platforms, etc.
Deliver product/digital training sessions and refreshers to sales and support teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance and/or consumer banking products, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
