Job Overview

As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring system efficiency, maintaining high availability, and supporting the 24/7 operations of ATM and card services.

Key Expertise

1. In-depth knowledge of Authorization Switch (Base24), ATMs, ATM message protocols (NDC, XFS, ATM Web Interfaces)
2. Strong understanding of debit/credit card products, card issuance, personalization, and EMV chip technology
3. Proficiency in programming languages (Java, C++), application servers (IBM WebSphere, WebLogic), enterprise service bus (TIBCO), and databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Oracle PLSQL)
4. Knowledge of SOAP/Web Services, MQ, and web technologies (HTML, XML, scripts)
5. Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and ITIL framework
6. Basic understanding of encryption and authentication

Responsibilities

1. Manage SLA and KPI compliance
2. Provide 24/7 support and ensure high availability
3. Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and external partners for issue resolution and system upgrades
4. Troubleshoot critical issues and maintain health checks & architecture documentation
5. Ensure compliance with PCIDSS standards
6. Support project teams and user acceptance testing (UAT)
