Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product development efforts focusing on our mobile native and desktop SDK, as well as our client-facing back office. This person will report to the VP, Product. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the product roadmap for the SDK and back office, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that delight our clients and create a significant impact in the market.

Impact: Our SDK is included in gaming apps installed on millions of mobile and desktop devices worldwide. While features are important, quality is imperative. You will drive the roadmap for features and ensure we deliver the highest-quality SDK in the market. Your success will drive the lion's share of client satisfaction as you work with an engineering team dedicated to developing the SDK.

Our Backoffice is an integral part of our customer experience. Our clients' fraud and customer service teams use the back office to investigate issues. You will drive the roadmap for features and ensure we deliver the highest-quality customer interface in the geolocation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for our SDK and back office that aligns with the company's overall mission and objectives.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, market research, and business value.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to understand product improvement opportunities, enhance customer experience, and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, manage sprints, support, and sales to deliver high-quality output on time and within budget.
  • Gather customer feedback, and analyze trends to inform product decisions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Oversee the entire SDK lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience in managing technical products.
  • Proficiency in SQL and analytical skills.
  • Experience leading in the agile process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the iGaming and/or Sports Betting industry.
  • Start-up experience, with the ability to adapt quickly and drive projects to completion under time pressure.
