Job description
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of joinery installation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all project objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including design, procurement, and production, to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
  • Manage resources effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, including site supervisors, joiners, and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve any project-related issues.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety protocols on all job sites.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are clearly understood and met.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and consultants, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Resolve any client concerns or disputes promptly and professionally.

Quality Control and Compliance:

  • Ensure all installations meet the specified quality standards and are compliant with industry regulations and codes.
  • Perform inspections and quality checks during and after installation to ensure high standards of craftsmanship.
  • Address any issues related to joinery finishes, design specifications, or product performance.

Budget and Cost Control:

  • Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring effective cost control and financial performance.
  • Approve procurement of materials and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders.
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure all project documentation is in accordance with company standards and contractual agreements.
