Oversees the Heartist Accommodation operations, ensuring that the Heartist Accommodation standards and procedures are fully known and followed.
Ensure that all the public areas are inspected as per standards.
Ensure the upkeep of all the public areas in the Accommodation areas, including the entrance.
Ensure appropriate stock levels for the smooth running of the Heartist Accommodation and approve requisitions accordingly.
Ensure that inventories of linen and other applicable items are done and recorded as scheduled.
Supervise the Pest Control service as per established areas and schedules.
Conduct random inspections of Heartists’ accommodation in the presence of a Security Heartist.
Be involved in sustainable development and apply energy and waste management.
Supervise cost control and suggest saving programs.
Supervise and control Lost and Found and maintain records.
Be aware of all third parties visiting the accommodation and Heartists staying in the accommodation.
Ensure close coordination with the security in charge.
Offer assistance at any time in operations and monitor, highlight, and suggest improvements on any dysfunction.
Ensure proper coverage and supervision of the Heartist Accommodation at all times.
Set performance targets for all direct subordinates and constantly monitor and increase Heartist productivity.
Ensure and perform a proper use of all the equipment and property management system, having perfect knowledge of the setups.
Ensure strict control of keys.
Implement and follow up daily checklists.
Respect schedules, terms, and deadlines as agreed with the Management.
Ensure that all Heartists are updated with the latest administrative, organizational, operational, or other changes and news.
Fulfill administrative responsibilities and monitor activities.
Manage any Heartist’s complaint in a professional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the Heartist’s satisfaction, and recording it.
Call the Asst. Talent and Culture Manager or the Director of Talent and Culture for advice in serious cases or if approval is required.
Perform, at least weekly, a routine inspection of all maintenance operational areas (plant rooms) and report any equipment malfunction to the T&C Department.
Supervise personally all hazardous work and ensure that all safety procedures are strictly observed.
Create an atmosphere of high morale and a happy working relationship among the Heartists.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Asst. Talent and Culture Manager.
