Design Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager Architectural to join our prestigious firm in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee and guide the architectural design process for high-profile projects across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of architects and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Manage multiple complex architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop and refine architectural designs.
• Oversee the creation of detailed design drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve project outcomes.
• Develop and implement design strategies aligned with client requirements and project objectives.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovative design practices to maintain the firm's competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional architectural license or registration.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in architectural design with a proven track record of managing complex mixed-use development projects.
• Advanced proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing and mentoring design teams.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, practices, and current industry trends.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in client relations and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of sustainable design practices and LEED principles.
• LEED AP certification is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
