Job description

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds as per company guidelines.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions and feedback to improve services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or client relations (UAE experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and customer support tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and patience.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
