Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the company’s goals, focusing on innovation in payments and customer experience.
Define and execute the organization’s digital roadmap, with a particular focus on payment innovations, digital banking solutions, and customer-centric strategies.
Lead the development and optimization of payment solutions, ensuring seamless integration, enhanced security, and compliance with industry standards.
Drive digital transformation by introducing emerging technologies to revolutionize fintech services.
Oversee the development and implementation of world-class payment solutions.
Stay ahead of fintech and banking trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Partner with product, IT, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric payment solutions.
Enhance customer engagement through intuitive, personalized, and innovative digital payment experiences.
Utilize data analytics and predictive modeling to guide business decisions, optimize digital strategies, and identify new growth opportunities in the payments space.
Ensure adherence to global and regional regulations, including GDPR, and other payment industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
15+ years of experience in fintech, banking, or payments, with proven leadership in digital strategy and transformation. Deep experience and knowledge of payment ecosystems, including B2B, B2C, and cross-border payments. Recognized as an industry thought leader with a strong grasp of emerging trends in payments and fintech innovations. A history of keynote speaking or publishing insights on fintech trends is a plus.
Familiarity with APIs, open banking, payment gateways, and innovative tech solutions.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and redefining traditional practices.
Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) in Business, Technology, or Finance preferred.
Relevant certifications in fintech, digital transformation, or data analytics are a plus. Experience navigating multi-regional markets, regulatory environments, and cross-border payment ecosystems.
