Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage restaurant staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
3. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
4. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
5. Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely orders.
6. Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Prepare reports on sales, operations, and team performance.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
