We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join our team in Dubai for a 1-year contract.
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, skilled, and dynamic Project Manager to oversee a complex project, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple streams and timely execution of all tasks.
Main Tasks
Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing the project including coordinating with various stakeholders from regional and local legal, Finance, HR, Facilities, Operations, IT, Marketing, Commercial, and Credit, participating in negotiations with various partners, managing communication, and ensuring procedures are adapted according to the new setup. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects.
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Enhance the comprehensive project plan outlining all tasks and interdependencies, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across all relevant streams to ensure alignment and integration.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular steering committees to review project status, address issues, and ensure alignment.
- Escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner to ensure they are addressed and resolved promptly.
- Task Coordination and Follow-Up:
- Assign tasks to team members, track their progress, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure they are completed on time.
- Develop and execute a communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Identify and adapt existing procedures to fit the new company structure, and identify and develop new procedures as needed to support the new company's operations.
Key Performance Indicators
Adherence to project timeline, budget management, stakeholder & employee satisfaction, adherence to legal and compliance regulations, monitoring of task completion rate, efficient mitigation of risks, timely escalation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a corporate restructuring or company creation context.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work and coordinate across various departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc).
- Preferably an Arabic speaker.
Preferably holding a Master's degree & PMP certification.
